We worked with ISMI to offer our customers a better recoil spring where ISMI marks the ends/tips of our springs for easy identification.

Chrome silicon flat wire springs (10x lifespan of typical recoil springs)
Compatible with 4.5F and 4.5F Comp guide rods (not 4.0C)
3 weights each color coded for our users
- 12 lb – Color Blue
- 14.5 lb – Color Black (default/oem spring weight)
- 16 lb – Color Red
- Includes spacer used for install

*Note these recoil springs are flat spring wires and are designed to work with the Springfield Echelon. They do not work with a stock XDM guide rod

ISMI springs are a huge upgrade to the OEM recoil spring for the echelon. We currently are offering 3 weights of springs to meet your unique needs.

ISMI springs are designed and manufactured to tolerances twice that if industry standard. Made from Chrome Silicon these springs benefit from enhanced yield point of material and ability to withstand high temperatures. ISMI flat wire line of springs in general can last comfortably 25k compression cycles with some RO’s citing 50k plus.
